+ PizzaFace will prepare and deliver all orders based on the details provided by the customer via the order page. Order details will also be clearly reflected in our confirmation email which will be sent to the customer. Customer information will be kept confidential.
+ Please do not refresh the page, or hit the back button during the checkout process. Please note that there will be no change, cancellation, or refund for all orders received.
+ The minimum order is $40, with a $5 delivery fee within 6km and $8 islandwide. Minimum order for FREE delivery is $80.
Bulk and Advanced Orders
+ For orders of $250 and above, please call us at 6291-0200, at least 24 hours in advance. This is to ensure that our kitchen has ample preparation time with the freshest produce.

Deadline for Ordering
+ Only clearly specified orders which are fully paid will be processed. The ovens are ON everyday, from 11am to 10pm.
+ Orders will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis. We regret to turn down orders beyond our operational threshold to avoid the risk of poorly-fulfilled orders.
Delivery
+ Delivery fees vary for different locations. All deliveries are handled by our delivery partners Carpal and Lalamove.
+ We strive to deliver as soon as the food is cooked. We are however unable to make guarantees in such unforeseen circumstances as alien attacks, major floods or fires.
+ Delivery drivers will contact the customer with the information provided by the customer.
+ In the event that orders are unfulfilled because the customer is not contactable, our assigned delivery personnel will wait for a maximum of ten minutes while trying to contact the customer before he/she leaves the location to fulfil other deliveries. Extra cost will be incurred and paid in cash directly to our delivery personnel if he/she has to re-deliver the said orders which must be within the valid shelf-life by the time the re-delivery is fulfilled. In all the said situations, any undelivered/expired orders will be sadly disposed of, with no compensation for the unfulfilled order.
In-store Pickup
+ Our customer service team will contact the customer as soon as the order is ready for pickup.
+ In the unlikely event that customers fail to pick up their orders, two hours after the scheduled time, we will have to sadly dispose any unclaimed food, with no compensation for the unfulfilled order.
Payment
+ We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Debit cards.
+ Prevailing taxes apply.
+ For orders above $250 in value, alternative payment methods can be arranged, prior to despatching the food. Please contact us for more information.
Storage & Consumption
+ To ensure maximum freshness, we encourage our customers to consume their food ASAP. However, cold pizzas are known by some to be tasty too.
